I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, specializing in gluten-free cooking. I teach basic cooking skills, time-saving cooking tips (I hate waiting for my food!) advanced cooking techniques and more.
I have lived gluten-free for more than 20 years and believe that gluten-free food can be for everyone. As the host for most of the holiday meals, I serve my gluten-free creations to gluten-eating groups who always come back for more.
